Chartwell Partners’ financial services practice is pleased to announce the completion of a Bank Board Director succession project for First National Bank of America (FNBA). Chartwell Partners Financial Services Practice, led by Scott Petty, worked with the FNBA Board and management team to develop and execute a plan to add several new Board Directors to the bank’s board. As FNBA continues to grow as a company, the bank’s shareholders decided to add industry and functional expertise in order to support the company’s growth plans. We are pleased to have served as their bank board director executive search firm resulting in the addition of several outside Directors.
