MICHAEL LOBBIA APPOINTED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, POWERTRAIN AT GENERAL MOTORS COMPANY

Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce Michael Lobbia was recently appointed CFO, Powertrain at General Motors Company (GM). Lobbia comes to GM with 20+ years experience in finance, operations, engineering and business development, having worked for several international, billion dollar organizations. His most recent role was as Senior Vice President, Powertrain Finance at Federal-Mogul Corporation, a $7 billion global automotive supplier. Lobbia started his career as a Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company. He holds an MBA in finance and BS in mechanical engineering from University of Michigan, along with an MS in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
