Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Kristina E. Baldwin has been appointed Plant General Manager for the flagship Toledo manufacturing facility of Libbey Inc. (NYSE-LBY). Baldwin joins Libbey from Eaton Corporation, where she had been Program Leader in that company’s automotive division. Baldwin has 20 years of leadership experience with blue chip institutions. She has served in senior operating roles for Cummins and Ingersoll-Rand, as well as Eaton. Baldwin was a Captain in the U.S. Army before embarking on her business career. Kris holds an undergraduate degree in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy. She also holds an MBA from Indiana University.
