Scott Petty, Managing Partner of the financial services recruiting practice recently completed a retained search engagement with Gateway First Bank’s hire of Peter Moenickheim, Chief Risk Officer. Moenickheim will oversee the company’s credit and risk management teams

Moenickheim previously served as Chief Risk Officer for Ocwen Financial, a mortgage servicer and originator. He has previously worked for market leaders Santander Consumer, JPMorgan Chase and Nationwide Bank.
