Scott Petty of Chartwell Partners Financial Services Team is pleased to announce that Alan Nykiel is the new Chief Marketing Officer of client TBK Bank. TBK Bank, SSB, is wholly owned subsidiary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBK). Alan will report to Aaron P. Graft, Chief Executive Officer.
In this role, Nykiel will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies in support of the strategic plans for multiple brands including TBK Bank, Triumph Commercial Finance, Triumph Insurance, Triumph Business Capital and TriumphPay. “Alan is a natural fit to lead marketing and communication for TBK Bank,” said Graft. “He has an impressive track record of managing marketing programs for fast growing, dynamic financial institutions. His experience in strategic planning, integrated, data-driven marketing, and customer experience will provide critical leadership as we pursue new strategies and introduce innovative solutions to the market.”
Alan joins TBK Bank from BOK Financial where he most recently served as Chief Marketing and Communication Officer. In this role, he was responsible for client and employee-focused brand, marketing and communication. He led strategic initiatives and accelerated change in the areas of brand management, marketing, communication, digital, social, analytics and insights, client experience, research and corporate social responsibility. Prior to BOK Financial, Alan served in a variety of senior marketing leadership roles with Amegy Bank in Houston, TX, Regions Bancorporation in Birmingham, AL, and Bank United in Houston, TX. He has served on various boards, including Parkside Children’s Psychiatric Hospital and M.D. Anderson Cancer Research.
