Allegiance Bank Selects Doug Skiba as Chief Information Officer

Retained to locate a new Chief Information Officer for Allegiance Bank, Scott Petty and the financial services recruiting team are pleased to announce that Doug Skiba recently joined client Allegiance Bank.

Doug Skiba has over 30 years of professional IT experience including “Big 4” and boutique systems consulting to a variety of industries.  He spent the last 20 years focused primarily within the Financial Services sector where he led software engineering for a leading FinTech provider, and more recently IT architecture and strategy for Frost Bank.   Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon
