Triumph Business Capital Selects Amber Roy As COO

Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Amber Roy recently joined Triumph Business Capital as Chief Operating Officer.  In this role, Roy will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Triumph Business Capital and related services ensuring the company delivers high quality services while being cost-effective and maintaining a positive profit margin. In partnership with the CEO and leadership team, Roy will develop and execute an operational strategy that will create an operating platform capable of scaling the business multiples times larger while removing points of friction for their customers.  Roy joins TBC from Caliber Home Loans, where she served as Senior Vice President, Executive Strategy / Chief of Staff for Operations and Servicing.
