American National Bank of Texas Names Dennis Cail, Suzanne Cruz-Sewell to Board of Directors
Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Dennis Cail and Suzanne Cruz-Sewell have recently joined American National Bank of Texas’ Board of Directors. The primary responsibility of the Board is to provide oversight and direction to the bank’s management team focused on the long-term interests of the bank and its shareholders in conformity with applicable laws and regulations. Cail is a tech-focused executive with deep mergers & acquisitions and corporate development experience throughout his career. He co-founded consumer loan platform Zirtue, where he currently leads as CEO. An architect by trade, Cruz-Sewell has a long history of working on community development, affordable housing, and neighborhood expansion initiatives. She is a Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame inductee, DFW Hispanic 100 Member, and serves on the board of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
