Arvest names new CIO, Chief Credit Administration Officer

Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that, following a focused executive selection process, Jennifer Baker has been appointed Chief Information Officer and Jason England has been named Chief Credit Administration Officer at Arvest. Baker, formerly Chief Technology Officer at Synovus Bank, brings more than twenty years of technology and operations leadership across financial services. England, a twenty‑seven‑year Arvest veteran, most recently served as President of the bank’s Springfield market.

In their new roles, Baker will lead Arvest’s enterprise technology strategy and modernization initiatives, while England will oversee credit risk governance, underwriting standards, and portfolio management. Together, they will support the bank’s long‑term strategic objectives by strengthening operational capabilities, advancing technology enablement, and reinforcing disciplined credit practices.

“Congratulations to Arvest on appointing two highly capable executives to these important leadership roles,” said Scott Petty, Partner of Chartwell Partners’ Financial Services Practice. “We appreciate the opportunity to support the organization in this key phase of its leadership strategy.”
