Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Blake Murphy was recently appointed Chief Risk Officer of Bank of England in Little Rock, Arkansas, responsible for assessing and developing a best-in-class risk function for the Bank and its mortgage division. Murphy joins Bank of England from Archer, where he served as a Financial Services Specialist. Murphy’s previous career experience includes risk leadership roles with Bank OZK, Trustmark Corporation and Deloitte, LLP.
