Tiffany Cason recently joined Independent Financial as Texas Head of Middle Market, responsible for leading Independent Financial’s expansion for middle market customers. In her new role, she will develop the Texas market strategy, build a top performing team, and deliver strong growth for the bank. Prior to joining Independent Financial, Cason spent five years as Dallas/Fort Worth Market President and Commercial Banking Executive with Capital One Bank. Previously, she served in similar roles at BBVA Compass and Wachovia Bank.
