Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Clark Davis recently joined Highland Resources as CEO. Reporting to and working directly with the Board of Directors, Davis will be responsible for reviewing HRI’s current portfolio of assets and developing an overall investment, development, and asset management strategy to maximize value from the existing investment portfolio.
Davis joins Highland Resources from Transwestern’s development arm, Transwestern Development Company (TDC), where he served as Senior Partner of Asset Management, Business/Strategic Development, and Office/Multi-Family/Industrial Development. Prior to Transwestern, Davis worked with TIER REIT, a Dallas-based development platform which repositioned office assets in key Southeast U.S. markets.
