Reporting to Bob Franklin, Chairman and CEO, Cambrea will be responsible for the overall management of the existing human resources (HR) team and for all areas of the HR function including: talent management, training and development, benefits, compensation, HR compliance and M&A support.
With 20 plus years in Human Resources, Cambrea brings multi-industry and market (growth & downturn) experience to her new role, most recently from Apergy (NYSE: APY) and spin-out Norriseal Wellmark (Oil & Gas) and Arthur J. Gallagher and Company (Insurance). Earlier in her career Cambrea spent 8 years with BOK Financial. Cambrea attended Purdue University earning a BS in International Business Management and Economics.
