Texas Capital Bancshares, the parent company for Texas Capital Bank Inc. (NASDAQ:TCBI,) engaged Chartwell Partners’ Financial Services Team to recruit a new Director for its Board. Chartwell Partners announces that David Huntley, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of AT&T, has been elected.
Since 1994, David has held positions of increasing responsibility with AT&T in external affairs, wireless operations, mergers and acquisitions, and data operations. He has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of AT&T since December 2014 where David has been responsible for developing policies for customer and employee information privacy and compliance verification with the legal and regulatory requirements of every country and jurisdiction in which AT&T operates. AT&T’s internal compliance requirements also fall under his purview.
David has had several, remarkable appointments during his tenure with AT&T, including SVP and Assistant General Counsel in 2012, SVP, General Counsel, and Secretary of Advertising Solutions and AT&T Interactive in 2010, SVP of AT&T’s Mobility Customer Service Centers in 2009, SVP of eCommerce and Sales Centers in 2008, and SVP of Customer Information Services in 2005.
