Jason, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer of the bank, will be accountable for the strategic direction, digital and fintech initiatives, acquisitions, operations, people leadership and development, and profitable growth of the bank. Semple will focus the energies of the management team and staff on business objectives such as growing and maintaining current customers through additional revenue lines of business and outstanding service.
