Equity Bank Names Rick Sems as President

Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Rick Sems recently joined Equity Bank as Chief Information Officer, responsible for leading and developing the lending and all revenue functions for the Bank, including the teams and activities across all markets. Sems will be a key contributor to further developing a culture of entrepreneurship production, sales culture, customer service, teamwork, and accountability. Sems most recently served as Chief Banking Officer of First Bank.
