Chartwell Partners congratulates our placement Jake Parsons on his new role as Head of Loan Review at City Bank in Lubbock. Reporting to Brent Bates, Chief Credit Officer, Parsons will be responsible for directing the independent loan review function for the bank and providing executive management and the Board Credit Risk Committee with objective evaluations of the overall credit quality of the credit portfolio, the effectiveness of processes, policies and procedures and compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
Parsons’ career spans over 15 years of financial industry experience, most recently as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Manager at PlainsCapital Bank in Dallas.
