Josh Welty joins the TAH team as Vice President, Development taking a strategic leadership role in the expansion of Tricon American Homes’ single-family rental home portfolio through new build-to-rent communities. Tricon American Homes is currently embarking on a new growth opportunity through the development of newly built rental home communities across the Sunbelt in partnership with select leading U.S. homebuilders. TAH also has a vertically integrated property management platform to support the leasing and ongoing management of its growing portfolio of over 20,000 rental homes
