Behavioral Health Group selects Russell Goin as Chief People Officer

Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Russell Goin has joined Behavioral Health Group (BHG) as Chief People Officer.  Mr. Goin most recently served as the SVP, Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer for Rent-A-Center (RAC), roles he held on two seperate occasions.  Prior to working with RAC, Mr. Goin spent four years working with Affiliated Computer Services as Regional Human Resources Director.
