CareFirst selects Luis Moctezuma as Vice President, Internal Audit & General Auditor

CareFirst, the Mid Atlantic Region’s largest healthcare services provider, names Luis Moctezuma as its Vice President, Internal Audit and General Auditor.    Luis joins CareFirst from Magellan Health, where he was Chief Auditor and Enterprise Risk Officer for the multi-billion dollar behavioral health care provider recently acquired by Centene.  Luis will manage a holistic Audit function inclusive of operational and financial exposure and report directly to the General Counsel and Chairperson of the Board’s Audit Committee.
