HMS Holdings Corporation names Jacob Sims as Chief Technology Officer

Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Jacob Sims has joined HMS Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:HMSY) as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining HMS, Jacob served as Vice President of Development & Technology for Premise Health, and most recently as Chief Technology Officer for WebMD–Health Services.
