U. S. Renal Care names Brett Kirstein as Senior Vice President-Chief Revenue Officer of the company. Brett started his career with Arthur Andersen where he became a Partner in 2001, and later was Founder of Revenue Cycle Solutions and Managing Director of WayPoint Health Care Advisors.
