Zelis Healthcare names Keith Soutar Vice President, Business Development & Partnerships

Zelis Healthcare names Keith Soutar as Vice President, Business Development & Partnerships within its Claims & Cost Solutions business unit.  Keith joins Zelis from Cotiviti where he was Vice President, Go to Market Effectiveness.  At Zelis, Keith will work closely with operational and sales leadership to drive sales operations effectiveness and efficiency for this rapidly growing healthcare claims and cost solutions provider to the payer industry.
