Michael Hardman Joins Magna Seating As Chief Financial Officer

Michael Hardman was recently appointed Chief Financial Officer of Magna Seating, where he is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. As a key partner, he is guiding the company in the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Hardman has a long tenure at Magna International and was most recently Vice President, Continuous Improvement International, where he was responsible for leading Magna’s initiative to remove waste and improve overall Finance processes across the organization. Previous roles included serving as Director of Planning and Controller, Cosma International Group.
