Julia Harman joined Chartwell Partners in 2024 as part of the firm’s Leadership Advisory team, bringing over 25 years of experience in executive coaching, consulting, and corporate leadership. She works with individuals and organizations to accelerate growth through executive coaching, leadership development, strategic talent planning, and consulting.

Julia previously held senior executive roles in financial services, including EVP and Head of Corporate Banking at a $35B Texas-based public bank and North Texas Regional President at a $500B national bank. Her expertise spans business strategy, capital raising, team leadership, and driving results across industries such as finance, energy, healthcare, and consumer sectors.

She serves on the boards of YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation and Goodwill Industries of Dallas. She has been honored as a “Women in Business” and “40 Under 40” honoree by the Dallas Business Journal, and was named to the Business Journals’ “Influencers: Rising Stars” list.

A summa cum laude graduate of Baylor University in finance, Julia is a certified Integral Coach and ICF Associate Certified Coach. She lives in Dallas with her husband and two teenagers.
