Steve Bush is an Associate with Chartwell Partners, supporting the Financial Services and Real Estate Practices. Over his 17-year career, Steve has recruited across a broad range of industries including Financial Services, Technology, and Advanced Manufacturing.

Prior to Chartwell Partners, Steve helped build and lead recruiting teams with both market leading and entrepreneurial high growth businesses. Steve has developed unique talent acquisition programs utilizing both advanced research technologies coupled with a high-touch, feel-good approach to the candidate experience. In addition to search execution, Steve leads Chartwell’s development of AI research capabilities.

Steve earned his BBA from Eastern Michigan University. A Michigan native, he is actively involved in his community. He loves coaching Flag Football and Little League Baseball for his three boys and spending time with his wife as they embark on fun family adventures.
