Zoe joined Chartwell Partners in 2024 and serves as a Principal within the firm’s Financial Services / Real Estate Practices. Prior to Chartwell she served as a Senior Associate in the Global Consumer Markets Practice at Heidrick & Struggles where she gained experience recruiting impactful executive leaders across diverse functions for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial private and PE-backed organizations.

Earlier in her career, Zoe served as a Signal Officer in the United States Army, progressing in rank from 2nd Lieutenant to Captain. Her responsibilities included managing Platoon and Company level organizations in South Korea and Fort Bragg, NC. Additionally, she led a Product Development Detachment on a deployment to Qatar, providing media support for Psychological Operations in the region. Zoe holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from North Carolina State University and resides in Atlanta, GA.
