Highland Park Village Management Names Andrew Peach as Senior General Manager

Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Andrew Peach was recently appointed Senior General Manager of HP Village Management, LLC. As Senior General Manager, Peach will be responsible for overseeing all shopping center operations, functions and events and ensuring it is run as a “best-in-class” luxury destination shopping center. He will oversee construction, collections, security, budgets, valet, neighborhood/city relations, and day-to-day logistics on property.  Peach joins HP Village Management from Brookfield Retail Properties in Coral Gables, Florida, where he served as Senior General Manager of The Shops at Merrick Park.

“Andy brings an impressive track record of outdoor luxury shopping center management experience to the role. The search considered several national candidates; however, Andy stood out as the best fit,” said Scott Petty, Managing Partner of Chartwell Partners’ Financial Services Practice.
