In this role, Volkin will have overall responsibility for enterprise-wide information technology functions, driving digital and efficiency systems efforts across the company. Volkin comes to Perry Homes from Occidental Petroleum, where he spent almost 20 years in various technology positions, most recently as the leader over Business Systems.
