Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Todd Rosa has joined Tricon Residential as Vice President, Investments. In this role, Rosa will help source, oversee, and manage new residential development projects and partnerships for its single-family rental ‘build-to-rent’ development platform. He will be a key strategic leader responsible for growing a significant portfolio of single-family rental ‘build-to-rent’ communities and for cultivating and managing a stable of high-quality builder and developer partnerships across the U.S. Rosa joins Tricon from Hearthstone, where he served as Vice President, Director of Investment Acquisitions.
