Chartwell Partners is pleased to announce that Robert Bruce has recently joined Vista Bank as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Vista Bank, Mr. Bruce served as Chief Accounting Officer for Veritex Holdings, Inc.

The company was founded in 1912, based in Lubbock, Texas and formerly known as Security Bank before changing its name to Vista Bank in August 2008. The Bank turned 100 years old on January 25, 2012, one of only a handful of 100 year old Texas banks still operated by the founding family. The bank doubled in size from 2008 to 2011 and will continue to grow and serve new customers with integrity.
