US Anesthesia Partners Recruits Ben Novy as their new Chief Human Resources Officer

US Anesthesia Partners (USAP), one of the country’s largest providers of anesthesia services provided by over 4500 clinicians serving in excess of 2 million patients annually, announced today the hiring of Ben Novy as their Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Ben joins USAP from EVP Eyecare where he held the title of Chief People Officer. Prior to joining EVP Eyecare in 2020, Mr. Novy spent approximately thirteen years with Vail Resorts where he held a variety of roles as a senior human resources executive.
