Highland Resources, Inc. Names John Schaffitzel President, Highland Industrial Park

Chartwell Partners congratulates our placement John Schaffitzel on his new role as President, Highland Industrial Park. Reporting to Highland Resources’ Chief Executive Officer, Schaffitzel will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of HRI’s largest asset including the direct supervision of approximately 80 company employees located at Highland Industrial Park. As a highly visible community leader, Schaffitzel will represent HRI in matters relating to the Park’s operations and be the chief negotiator on terms of leases and agreements with commercial tenants. Schaffitzel most recently was the Executive Director, Real Estate and Development with Oklahoma Ordnance Works Authority in Pryor, OK.
